Period cramps? :[

I'm on my period and I've been having cramps both yesterdaytoday. It's been getting so bad, that it hurts when I get up from my chair. It hurts when I stand too. I went to the health office to lie down for awhile, but it still hurted. Do any of you know...

a great way to get rid of my cramps? thanks :]

Yeah eating bananas is a good way to get rid of cramps. My cheerleading coach would tell us to eat them when we had our period

take advil if you cant bear it. drink hot drinks like hot chocolate or milk,tea. I feel better when I drink something hot. and avoid icecreams or something too cold. thats wot I know.

Feminax tablets are really good, I take them
They work wonders for getting rid of the pain.
as long as you are over 15 then your fine taking them.

also try not to drink fizzy drinks and find yourself a hot water bottle.

Just take 4 asprins
Midol will help as well
