You could place a heated cloth around your groin oe get IB profen.

Bananas are known to help with cramps... try that.. I usually take Motrin and drink a tea.. that puts me to sleep.. and when I wake up im good as new!!!

have a heating pad on your tummy and midol or advil close by...I also think a good hot bath helps
