A site to help me ease into office 2008?

I recently upgraded to office 2008 from 2003.I find the thing a lot confusing.Anybody know a site which can make my adaptation easier?

I thought they were only up to Office 2007, but I could be mistaken.

I can only think of Microsoft's Office website under the "Help and How-to" section.
I've added the URL for your convenience. However, it’s the Australian site, but you should be able to find your country’s location if you click “(change)” in the top-right corner of the page next to where is says “Australia”.
