Court for possesion of weed

K , I've been caught with weed at my school , the police officer gave me a citation , and now I've got court at the end of july. What can I do?!

Nothing...you have to go to court, and they'll decide your punishment haha...

The smartest thing to do is get yourself a lawyer. He or she will give you all the help you will need.

number one you are not EVER legally obligated to answer any question from a law enforcement officer, so next time you say I want a lawyer and don't say anything else. secondly don't take weed to school, you could get expelled and sent to juvie

Just go to court. Its not the end of the world. Even though it might feel that way. It's not. Having it at school wasnt the smartest thing to do. You will probably be given to the first offender program, if you comply you should be let off.
