I don't know about any site that does that...I always thought the fanbase does. It's called shipping...as in the ship from relationship. Like brangelina for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. It's also done for anime stuff, and even popular fiction books, too! If you type in shipping and one of those couple names in google search, you should see more about this.
