ohh. im not sure. like I said im not good at politics, geography, history ect...
the only guess is the government.

You have a large (relative to your nation's economy) oppressive government that severely limits opportunities for economic growth. If you want your nation to prosper, you need to get rid of 95% of your government.

Well if it's citizens can't even spell the name of their own country...you can't expect to have a very high GDP in your country.
