Yes, it's very possible that you could still be pregnant. Depending on how they did your tubes, it does not always work. Most places still just tie your tubes and it is supposed to be affective, but there is always a chance of it failing.
To be sure - take a pregnancy test as soon as you can or see your doctor to find out. A online pregnancy test does NOT work. You have to either pee on a stick, or see your doctor for a blood test.
