Could this be serious?

My boyfriend has been in serious relationships. Lenghty ones at that. 12 years with one and the last one was 5 years and she fired him and he was wanting to marry her. That was almost 3 years ago and he still hurts from that. So maybe it's not so much...

not wanting to commit..maybe it hurts too much. I don't know heck all I know is that we do so well in everything else and this has just come up suddenly and I'm kinda at a loss. I don't know if this has any affect or not but there are times when he sees blood in his urine. He has been dragging around about going to the doctor. At first I thought it was because he goes to the gym regular and he may have strained something but this week he didn't go at all and Saturday there it was..red paint. So what do you think?

Extremely serious!! Make sure he sees a Urologist immediately. This also might be the answer to the other problem you posted for which I submitted a possible remedy but now I see he might have a much more serious problem. I wouldn't even bother going to a regular MD because he'll most likely want him to see a Urologist anyway.

I had a situation similar to this with an exboyfriend. This is very serious he needs to go to tha docotors asap this can progressive to somthing way more serious or death. It could be gall stones, kidney stones, or his kidneys could be enlarged or just kidney problems. That was my exs situation. So yeah he may need to go he may need surgery
