Could my earbuds be reason for garbled ringtones?

new pic Asked by lady_morphine 11 months ago, 1 answer.

okay,I got a LG LOTUS and it has a function where you can record your own ringtones..

well,I used my ipod earbuds and my cd player to try and do so and everytime I play back the recording its all garbled and mangled sounding but when I recorded one...

today using my computer speakers and media player it came out just fine..

btw,im recording metal/rock tunes here..guns n' roses,slipknot,alice in chains,etc..

could my ipod earbuds be shot and be the reason my recordings keep coming out garbled or am I just holding the earbud too close or maybe have it turned up too loud and its distorting the sound in the phones microphone?

thats because you cant do that. why? because your phone has a 5.2343 sound defrinition and it will creat a higher and more crappy sound so when you recordmake the music volume lower next time and thanks!
