I had a 5 year relationship with my ex. I left him, 3 times, ie we broke up got back together, broke up...... but every time we got back together, I had anxiety, and it felt like it was wrong. I we never really into him, even though he was a lovely person. It sound mad I know, 5 years. Now it's been 3 months since the breakup, and I'm thinking about him again. I know it's just guilt, for leading him on for so long, for not treating him right all the time, etc etc. But how do I stop it, it's stating to confuse me and make me think that I want him back, when I know he's not for me. ???? Confused...

You need to honestly move on, stop contacting him so it doesnt lead him on, and truley move on. Start dating someone else. Do not feel guilty, you cant help not having feelings for him and he needs to understand that. And he will accept it in time, if you keep giving into your guilt in 10 years you'll still have the same problems. Be true to yourself.
