the only way to know is to go to the doctor.
those symptoms could be caused by a lot of other kinds of illnesses.
if you think something is severely wrong with you, I dont think you would be taking the time to be on the computer.
what if it is meningitis and it goes without being taken care of? that could lead to other serious problems.

Could i have meningitis?
okay. these are all of the symptoms I've found.
* Fever.
* Severe and persistent headache.
* Stiff and painful neck, especially when trying to touch the chin to the chest.
* Vomiting.
* Confusion and decreased level of consciousness.
...
* Seizures.
* Sluggishness, muscle aches and weakness, and strange feelings (such as tingling) or weakness throughout the body.
* Eye sensitivity and eye pain from bright lights.
* Skin rash.
* Dizzy spells.
Out of those, I have an on-and-off headache, random muscle aches, on-and-off sore neck, a little rash on my elbow, dizzy spells, eye pain from bright light, and sluggishness.
I would go to the doctor, but I don't want to freak my parents out yet... so please, help.
