Could i get a real job in ohio at 13 years old?

Could I get a job at an establishment while being 13 years old, if so, would it require a permit, and where would I get one?

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) sets 14 years of age as the minimum age for employment, and limits the number of hours worked by minors under the age of 16. If you were in Great Britian you could start working at 13 with a permit, but not in the U.S. You can work for your family, or maybe babysitting, but that's about it.
