Poets don't make much money - they rely on royalties from publishers or the odd advertising agency.
Another problem with being a professional poet is that you need to be really damn good at what you do to get any notice. While your poetry is fair, I'm sorry to say it isn't quite good enough yet to make it into publication...keep working at it, though.

If you want to be a professional poet, my suggestion is this.
Get a good job that pays good.
I been in the business for a while and well I have a real job
hahaha

Could i become a poet?
Could I become a poet...? What exactly is the life style of a poet?
Here is one of my poems I wrote a few weeks ago
Tell me what you think?
A bed of roses
this life of laces and kisses
A picnic with peaches
This life of singing voices
A pool with...
splashes
This life of homemade sauces
A series of innocent glances
This life of parks and gooses
A hand for the dances
This life of chances
A flowery hill full of breezes
This life of country bridges
A boy and girl serving blushes
This life of no bosses
A ending that pleases
