Could i be pregnant?

Hi I had implantation bleeding on the 2nd May got my period 2 weeks later on the 16th may I did experience pregnancy symptoms like tiredness, feeling sick, headaches, sore boobs, faint,dizzy , light-headed , going to the toilet more often.

July and August my periods went from irregular to a pattern.
Its now September and my period was 1 day late and 2 day I'm having something moving in my left side its weird cause its just happened for a few times it felt like something was twitching, I also have backache, I keep sneezing I've not got a cold, I when I woke up 2day it felt like I hadn't been to the toilet in 5 days my stomach was hurting and my boobs but inside.and got headache .
could I be having a period while pregnant?

If you have had your period, you are likely not pregnant. However, it could be implantation bleeding so the only way to make sure is to take a pregnancy test. If it comes out negative and you are still unconvinced, visit your doctor who can take a blood test, which is more accurate.
