Could he like me-more than a friend?

So I've known him for a while. we don't ever really hang out, but him and my brother do. so I see him a lot. and sometimes he'll ditch my brother for a couple minutes to come hang out with me. and he always sticks up for me and agrees with me. oh...

and he always messes with me. like he'll jokingly throw something or hit me. one time he was sitting watching t.v. And said he couldn't see and moved and sat right next to me on the couch.
So could he be crushing on me, or am I too hopefull?

well you should flirt back he's obviously flirting and trying to get your attention
which he does.. so get back at him and yeah something might work out between the two of you.
