Coughing

My brother is on a traque. A tube on his neck which hekps him breath better.
And just this evening, he started coughing like crazzy and hes not geting any flame out.
My question is how can we stop it or what can we give him whit out him having to go...

to the hospetal because the last time he went, he spended almost a year and t was really tough, so plese help as best as you can!
I f your going to give me a medicine plese give me liquids because he eats and drinks trough a g-tube. ( a tube in his stomach so food is given trough)

hey, I think its best that you do take him to the hospital. even though it will be hard on your family- it will help him get better. if you dont take him he could get worse. good luck xx

There is something called ACC 200 or solmucol. (same thing) It thins out the plegm and is very useful. HOWEVER, PLEASE ask a pharmacist or doctor before you give it to him.
