Copy music to your xbox 360 harddrive

I want to be able to copy/download music on my Xbox 360 hard drive. Does anyone know how to do this?

Here's the information about the Xbox 360 music capabilities:

You can only copy cds to your xbox, you can't really download music onto it...once you put the cd in it should give you a menu and you just choose to add the songs to your hard drive. You can rename them if the tracks don't name themselves.
