How do would you graph (7,1) on a coordinate grid?

well first you have to have a coordinate grid with numbers along each verticle line and numbers along each horizontal line.
number zero thru 10 going along the top, and do the same going down- zero being the corner for both.
now count over 7 then go down 1, make a point where they intersect- you have now plotted 7, 1

you don't go down 1 that's only if it's negative 1 and it's not so you go right 7 and up 1

Go to right seven lines and go up one line. Trust me, I've had plenty of math involving coordinate grids.

Like everyone's been saying: go 7 places to the right, then go up 1.
