asked her agian and her answer is still no she got my hopes up fpr no reason what is a convincing statement/convosation I can make to my mother to make her think I am worthyor allowed to get it done?

I'm guessing you don't have any other piercings, so here's my answer based on that.

-You could get up the money and pay for it yourself, as long as you have her permission.
-Tell her everyone has them because they're easy to take care of.
-Say the jewellery is small easily hidden.
-Ask her what requirments she wants you to have before 7 do them. (I.e. keep your room cleaned, good grades).
-You can ask when she's happy, like after payday.
-Talk her into seeing the piercer, she might be able to convince your mom.
