Can constapation then diaharea mean you'l get your period and it could make you feel nausas

Yes, it can

I have irritable bowel syndrome. I get extremely constipated about 3 days before my period and have diarhea during the first 3 days of my period.

Also the hormonal changes that your body undergoes during your period can cause you to become nauseuos constipated or have diarhea.
