why my ex just dont keep it real and tell me he with someone. I ask him and he just lies and says he is'nt. It feels like he's trying to hold on to me and have his way too.

Because he wants his cake eat it too. You really need to start moving forward. Its been almost a year, and your still waiting for him to come back to you. That very seldom happens. I mean you two broke up for a reason! If he wanted you, dont you think you would have gone out by now? Hes just keeping you around until someone else comes along.
