Does my hamster have "wet tail"?

I'm not sure if my hamster has wet tail her butt is all wet but her fur is coming off too. she isn't that old because we got her in January. Also shes very tired, when I get home I tap on her cage and she comes running but she just looked at me and just couldn't move. I then picked her up and I put her down thats when I noticed the wetness and the fur missing. she then walked very slowly back to the spot she was in. She also has a little patch of skin next to her nose. Do I need to bring her to a vet?

You might be in big trouble there. My hamster died shortly after his fur went missing. If your hamster develops a big lump on the neck and its so big he drags it around it might have a leathal infection. Take it to a vet asap. Don't worry, my hamster was just unlucky because we overlooked the lump. You need to treat it very soon.
