Well first of all, quit smoking/drinking. It's horrible for your body.
I used to have absolutely no confidence but my friend gave me this idea: Try writing all the good things about you and keeping the list around. When you start feeling really bad about yourself, just try reading the list. If you don't want to write the good things, try having someone else list them for you...like a parent or a close friend.

okay, I have no confidence what-so-ever. I have the lowest self-esteem ever. but yeah, I keep on smiling, the only reason being I smoke weed and drink a lot of booze. how can I make myself feel better, without harming my body? cheers xx
