just got to try to do girly things with her and make her feel good about herself just remind her shes a pretty gal,, I don't know give her tips to improve her looks.

As her questions about things she does, likes,hates, wants to change, then ask her what is holding her back. Then I would go from there.

try to get her to talk and let her know you are there for here. this may take a while.
