usually your confidence is down because you think you are ugly. SO every morning wake up and look and the mirror and only say the positive things. For example I have pretty eyes...Also for the red thing try blush that matches your skin and put it on. And well im not quiet sure about the stomach...lol maybe it is saying I am hungry feed me...
don't think about it. I used to always blush and it was really obvious cause I am really pale but now I don't even think about it. Obviously I can feel my face get hot but then I kinda ignore it and any nervousness goes away. It might be hard at first but if you focus on a friend in the room or even on the teacher heck even the wall then you won't have a problem. As far as the stomach growling, people don't really notice those things and you will notice them because you are expecting them so my guess is your stomach isn't growling as loud as you think. My throat makes weird noises, bubbles or something I don't know and when I am with my boyfriend it is kinda embarrassing when I am kissing him and my throat makes a noise but when I asked him if he heard it he said heard what so your stomach might not be as loud as you think.
Don't think about it, it will make you go even more red. Think that it's your life and at the end of it nothing matter's apart from you being yourself, nothing should be able to stop you being yourself even the person you love most. Look in the mirror when you wake up and only think positive things about yourself.
