Hi,
Have a look at this site: http://www.condomjungle.com/condom_sizes_s/21.htm

Sizes will be different in different regions depending upon what is average for that region. IE A small condom in Thailand may be a different size to a 'small' condom purchased in the USA. (Not being racist or anything, that came from an example on an actual condom site)

I would Imagine what is sold in the USA as XXL would be sold here in Britain as small.
