what is the effect of computer viryses to:

a) the computers?

b) the cafe?

1) depends on the virus - a lot of the install adware, or use your computer to mass mail junk.
2) the cafe? Well, I like my coffee with a little milk & one sugar...however, if you're referring to an internet cafe, then it's probably going to spread from one computer to the next (the virus) thus causing a serious problem for the business & any customers that use those computers. So, net - net, lost revenue, lost income, wasted man hours trying to fix the computers, etc. Bad stuff all around.
