Computer problems

idunno what it is I did but I turned on my comp and this anti virus thing I uploaded popped up so as always I clicked exit and now its saying something on windows was changed so I can't see all functions of windows vista? It said some program I have is...

interfereing? I got off the comp last night and everything was fine, now everything on the screen is black theres no 'start' button or anything. So I clicked 'learn more' and it keeps saying 'not enough quota is available to process this command' Idunno what to do someone please help

Sounds like you need to reload windows and wipe out everything on the computer. It should have came with a copy or recovery disk.

It's possibly spamware. You know the antivirus ad that pops up? You know why they know how to fix it? They loaded it into your comp. Reinstall windows. That will defenitly fix it.
