Computer lagging

Asked by anaiton about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

My computer starts lagging in a game I play (Mabinogi) (Don't judge me XD)
I want to know how to stop the lagging without taking off some graphics that I would like to keep

Its caused by your processor being put under too much pressure.
First off check your computer for viruses and trojans, these often operate silently in the background using up processing power.
Some programs keep running in the background also, turn these off. You can easily check what is going on in the pc by right clicking the bar at the bottom of the screen and selecting the task manager.
Basically what you need to do is take as much pressure off your processor as possible. Or just get a new more powerfull processor fitted.
