Computer helppp!! please and thank u

Ok so I cant play any music files on itunes or media player and my sound device is working properly wats wrong...its not the files or where they are...how can I fix this???

what I've known to work is go to your my documents folder and bring up the windows media folder and the folder with the music in it and just click and hold the song and drag it into the windows media folder and with the itunes when your in the folder with the music you should right click it and press open with... and then click on itunes and it will be there(should be there)

it might be that the music file is the wrong type. e.g. mp3, wmv ect. In order to fix this you have to get the properties of the song and see what type of music file it is, and than see what media player requires and adjust the music file to match the media player file. It is quite simple. Need it to be more explained than ask me.
