no not really, biggest problem would be that the monitor may hurt your eyesight other than that I wouldn't worry about it...

The only thing it may effect is your eye sight,I hurt my eyes once from looking at my screen for the whole day without taking them off. Best thing to do to prevent from hurting your eyes is take them off the screen and onto something else or close them for a short time to relieve the pain that you may soon feel.

of course its harmfull
and probably the most damage it will do is to your eyes
try to limit the amount of time yo7ur on
or at least have a hsalf an hour break away from the internet every 2 hours
to stretch and keep your eyes healthy by looking around at objects that are far away

The rays that the computer gives off are just as bad as the one in your cell phone and other electronic devices. It wouldn't be a bad idea to get up and walk around once in awhile, to help with blood circulation. Having a high monitor refresh rate might give you headaches, but that is just about it.

Spending so much time in front of the computer puts a lot of strain on your eyes, mainly because you don't blink as often. That could then result in headaches and back aches.

Also it is really bad for your overall posture - most people slouch in front of the pc, that can cause your neck muscles to be strained and also cause headaches and other aches

Best thing is to at least take a break every half an hour...get up and walk around and change the angle of your screen then as well (just slightly) so your eyes don't focus on the same place all day.
