well, 1st. be yourself, and dont think about OHHH GIRLS just tlk to them like you would wit your friends...and to me I think your adorable <3

break the ice w/ a joke. Act like yourself, if a girl really wants to go out with you, she'll say yes.

being yourself is key! but there really isn't a need to be shy with the oppisite sex :P heck, we're all human!! just start it off with a "hey, what's up" and take things from there, think of it like talking with one of your guy friends... just swallow your fear and go for it! - just to let you know.. some girls find shy guys adorable =) anyhoo... good luck!
