Is my hair thinning from dying it too much?

My hair is originally light blonde, but at the end of October I dyed it bleach blonde just to see how I'de look. Ever since then my hair has been thinning. I think I color shocked it. Any ideas on how to fix it?

umm..I didn't even know there was a such thing as color shock but, lately I haven't been using conditioner and instead spraying Biolage soothing shine milk and then rinsing it out. My hair is naturally thin and frizzy but lately it's been getting thicker and softer. I've been noticing a lot less frizzies, which makes me the happiest of all..

your should get dove's shampoo for damaged lighting hair the shampoo, contidioner, hair mask or whatever it is but it worked great for me.

I done the same as you go from a brownish to light blonde and my hair was thinning and getting split easy,I suggest you use a stronger conditioner on your hair it will add more volume

Its natural to loose hair after a dyeing, bleach is very harsh on your hair and its a pain to deal with! You should try buying a bottle of hair MASK, it helps condition your hair.. you can buy it at wal mart for under $6 and its worth it.. its just a little tub of conditionar, that says hair mask... any brand works, all you have to do is was your hair as normal with shampoo and conditionar and rinse, then rub the mask on your hair and let it sit a couple min, the longer the better, then rinse! Aventually your hair will be back to normal it just takes some time! hope I helped!
