Color ink cartridge ??

ok so if I only have colored ink in my printer and I print things out in black
am I wasting a lot more ink then just printing in a color (ex. pink,brown, blue) .??

Well, color ink is more expensive than black ink. So if you don't print in color, you should just buy black ink. At the moment, yes, you are wasting black ink because you are not using your colored ink. So I suggest that you continue using your colored ink until you run out, and then you can just buy black ink after.

If you will only print black color text or picture using your color ink then you waste more color, best if you buy black ink alternatively to print black, less expensive than colored ink to save money.
