I went to the University of North Texas (then North Texas State University).
I studied music and North Texas has one of the top music schools and had an unbelievable jazz program. The only jazz program that was considered competitive with NT's was at Berkeley school of music which was much more expensive since it is a private school.
I ended up changing to computer science but since I was already here I stuck around.
