possible to have a pimple on your lip?

Is it really possible to have a pimple on your lip and whats the difference between it and a cold sore...

I thought the same thing..
but it turns out that the pimple on your lip well soon be a cold sore.
so I would try putting carmex 24/7 on that 'pimple' of urs to to to dry it off before it gets to a cold sore because they hurt!! and look nasty,

the difference is a coldsore is a form of herpes... (I learned that in health last semester)

yeah and I think there is a difference. because cold sores are a type of virus and pimples are just a skin thing. but you can get pimples anywhere so yes.
