Do they put less sugar in coca-cola in europe?

i kno this is pretty stupid, but i bet 20 euros on it: do they put less sugar in cokes in europe than in america? My best m8 apparently thinks so, cuz she says they taste less sweet in europe. I think it's bs, but who knows...maybe they do. Anyway, any1...

a soda expert? Cuz i need answer!

I know the Mexican Coke uses cane sugar and is a little less sweet than American Coke which is sweetened with high fructose corn syrup. If Europe like Mexico uses cane sugar than I'd expect to also be less sweet than the American version.
