Coaching a team

Asked by dancehead 11 months ago, 3 answers.

I am the coach of a hip-hop dance team. My junior varsity and pee-wee teams are great. Their committed and focused. On the other hand, my real talent lies on my varsity team but they suck when it comes to commitment. They act as if they don't care...

about the team but when I threaten to end their team, they are so aganist that. Any advice on how to get them committed?

You might say you've had enough and make it sound like on friday you're ending it. Then on monday make them sign commitment contracts if they wish to stay on the team.
You might also start by firing the least commited to shake it up a bit.

the only thing I can think of that they would be focused on is girls so unless you get girls there I guess that wouldnt help you either then they still wouldnt be focused on you
