yep, hot topic has a lot of goth, emo ect clothes that a lot of kids wear nowdays
other places like platos are good, if you have it
theres a lot of music stores that sell band t-shirts but not really what your probably looking for
there are shops that sell only goth clothes, accessories, ect
they can be hard to find though
so it would be best to google your suberb and then things like
goth shops
alternative shops
goth clothing shops
and such
