Are there any reasons why somone can be addicted to buying or hoarding clothes?

If I had to take a guess it's like a feeling of never having enough.

Someone who is addicted to something feels like the need it all the time or they need more of it.

It's psycological and to be honest you can't get the proper answer from anyone unless you ask a hoarder.
