-- cut 1/2 a tomatoe and rub it all over your face then rinse with ~cold~ water
-- boil water in a pan , then put a towel over your head and let the steam go in2 your pores it **cleans them out** ~do this for 8-15 min. ~ then rinse with really cold water *do this twice a week*
-- put vinegar in your face * it stinks and burns* but when it burns it mean that its killing the bacteria in your face as 4 the smell it will fade away ( don't rinse*)
-- don't touch your face
--when you sweat clean your face right away

~hope I helped~

I used the neutrogena complete acne stuff. it works for me. really you only need to wash your face with the soap and use the nighttime lotion every night and you wont break out. they daytime lotion didnt do anything for me, and once using both at the same time gave me a chemical burn. but doing what I said works. give it a try, hope it helps. n_n

go to the beauty section of wherever you shop and get anything 'olay' brand. that fits your skin type. it's non expensive and is a trusted brand by women. for the summer you want to get a gel or clearish based wash like 'dual action cleanser toner cucumber' something and for winter use cream cleansers because they're too heavy for skin in the summer, unless u have normal skin. you need a light moisturiser after too.

you should try 'facial washes' again, but make sure you read the ingredients, because the less chemicals the better.
and also, check your diet, it could be what your eating.
