Class of 2011 used to be 2010

ok well here is the deal for those of you who have been helpin me with my life on other areasthis one is some what complicated. my school here in nampa wants to hold me back till class of 2012 I'm supposed to graduate in 2010. now, I am moving in 2009 to go back to my homestate where they are flexible on this type of thing. here I need 47 credits there I need 24. they weant me to take my 9th grade and 10th grade over again. I do not want to do that beacuse I am moving and it will screw with my plans but my mom wishes to be in control and I hinted that I am moveing but she wishes for it not to happen so I need to know how to get around this stupid obstacle of mine.
