A circumcism is when the extra foreskin is cut off of the pen*s. Usually guys are circumsized soon after birth. A circumsized pen*s has the head fully visible while an uncircumsized pen*s is covered in foreskin and looks like a tube.

There is controversy of "which is better". Uncircumsized causes more friction and so more pleasure for a woman but is more suceptable to infections. Circumized is much easier to care for and doesn't cause as much friction.
