I'm not going to repeat what has already been said.
But just to clear up some confusion... the terms Ultra light, light, mild, medium, full flavor only describe the burn you get when you inhale the smoke. Regardless of the type of cigarette you are smoking, you still get the same amount of tar and the same amount of nicotine unless otherwise stated. Example: If I smoked a Marlboro red (full flavor), and then smoked a Marlboro light, I would be taking in the same amount of nicotine and tar from both cigarettes.
I would be under the impression that a filterless cigarette would be Better for you than a regular filtered cigarette, since the tar resides in the end of the filter. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

Of course cigarettes are bad for you, but is there such thing as 'healthier' cigarettes that arent as bad as other ones? Are different brands better or worse than others?
