Strong - Any good Maduro, Cohiba is always a good standby if you don't mind the price. Macunudo and Arturo Fuente are good medium priced
Mild - Go with the lighter wrappers, Chiba is smooth, Padron.

Go to the cigar store and try a few different ones if it is for you.
