Yes, there's such thing, they tie you down and slowly a drop of water hits your forehead, over and over, just one drop, doesnt sound effective, but think about it, it drives people mad

its basically what 'hooch' said. it makes people mad and stuff cause they're strapped down and knows that the people could do whatever they want with them. The water won't really bother you when your not strapped down...I seen the Myth Busters do a segment on it.
