You can buy these little fish things that turn colors when you need to put more on him. I took my nephew to the zoo and those worked great. But, just make sure you read the directions also.
A product called 'sun block' rather than 'sun cream', by a reputable and fairly expensive brand name. Add that to what you say about staying in the shade and keeping hydrated, plus covering up in light clothing rather than being semi-naked, and especially keeping a sun hat on, whenever he's not in the shade.
Have a lovely time.
these are good, but costly. best thing is apply very often. assuming he's not used to the climate then he's not going to like the change. so every two hours should be sufficient and I'm referring to factor 50 (almost like glue stuff lol!) but every two hours in the shade, but most important keep him V V V hydrated...more important than anything honest!
have a lovely holiday.
remember;
SHADE
SUNCREAM
FLUIDS
SLEEP (he will be more tired and restless respectivly)

Childrens suncream..
I am going to Cyprus in 16 days and taking my Son with me he will be 1month, obviously I will keep him in the shade and keep him topped up in cream and Hydrated but how often should I apply suncream and what factor? Thanks
