Child support

Well tuesday sept 30th is the day finally I have to go to court for child support arrearages I have a ex husband who was making 29.00 a hour now he is on welfare and working under the table he doesnt pay his support he thinks 71.00 can support a kid for...

3 weeks but he is behind almost 1,000 so the friend of the court so they call there selves is taken him in for a show cause hearing but in the meantime I have to lose 6 hours of pay myself , and I wont get child support for my son . The friend of the court isnt even investigating where he works to get income withholding understand that one ,iam in michigan

If you're not already, it appears you need a Lawyer and/or an investigator to look after your interests...I wish you the best !!

I here what ya saying.
I am in queensland australia and my dad only pays $41.35 a month for me. and there is my brother who no longer gets any from him because he is out of school this year. while my mum is trying to support us with a very low paying juob she cant get out of, hes living the life of luxury with a boat, 2 cars, a large house, a new wife and 3 kids to different woman. All of these things are very expensive mind you.
It is terrible, they really should investigate how much these people earn, because I know personally, he makes $157,000 a year, while my poor mum earns around $17,000 a year.
It really isnt fair.
