Chicago il attractions for my break in april, what to do there?

I REALLY want to go south (Madison/Chicago) for my upcomming break in April but, in order for my family to go, we have to bring my brother. He isn't too keen on the idea of going... so, I have to try to convince him that there will be things for him to do there. Does anyone know of anything in the area?

He LOVES sports (basketball, baseball, and football) and hes really interested in science...

Well, Chicago does have Wrigley Field, and it's right next to the Field Science Museum (featured in many movies because it's world class)...both of which are on the lake with lot's of activities there too. How can you beat that?
