If it's worse when you lean over, my money's on a digestive problem. I know you said it's not indigestion, but I think you could easily be wrong. Some people have acid reflux so bad that nothing works on it but surgery. Lying down and bending over can make it much worse. Just because you've tried antacid, eaten differently, don't belch, and you're young, etc., does not mean it isn't acid reflux. Your mom is correct in having you seen by a physician, and make sure you do go to the appointment. At your age, if you do have acid reflux that bad, it should be dealt with by a physician. If I were in your shoes, I would start taking plenty of antacid every day until the appointment to see if that helps while you wait. Even if it does help, though, SEE THE DOC. You might have a hiatal hernia or other underlying condition that needs fixing before the acid will stay where it belongs - in your stomach!

Chest pains
Hi,
For the last few days I av been getting pains in my chest know my mum is making me an appointment but I was just wundering if any of you had any ideas. Today in school it was that bad that it hurt when I laughed and had to walk around for 5 mins...
as it hurt to sit down and then if I was to lean over a sharp pain would shoot up my chest. Its not heart burn.
Any ideas x
